- 顺丰速运SF Express目前拒绝接收宗教书籍寄中国大陆的邮包，顾客请选择其他的邮寄公司，如：TNT、EMS、FedEx、Aramex等。

- 包裹配送时间和邮寄条规，一切遵照该邮寄公司的条例。

Self-Collection 自取

All self-pickup customers will receive a Whatsapp or email notification to pick up your items when the items are ready.

Return and Refund Policy 退货和退款条款

  • For damaged Items and wrong items shipped, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.对于损坏的物品和发错的物品，在大多数情况下可以在收到货物后 30 天内退回。 某些产品具有不同的相关政策或要求。

Please send the product back to the bookstore intact. If the product is found to be damaged, the customer will be responsible. No refund for other reasons.
